You deserve a fair and honest experience when you reach out to Joyhard Tree Service. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Joyhard Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
